Good advice from Kcirla, but I'd recommend the inclusion of pancreatic enzymes. That way you will have a better chance of breaking down the carbs, proteins and fats and will improve both your digestion and absorption of nutrients critical to the maintenance and growth of cells and tissues.
This in turn will improve what happens lower down - your small and large bowel tone. Better digestion = better health. Improved pancreatic function is absolutely paramount when it comes to eliminating candida (and completely overlooked), because it will balance the pH of the colon really well, thereby discouraging any pathogens and favoring bifido and lactobacillus species. Candida has a hard time living in an environment that favors the beneficials, even though it can live quite happily in a relatively low or high pH colonic environment, beneficials grow quite fast in the higher pH environment induced by improved pancreatic function.
