Almost everyone i have talked to with lyme tests negative for celiac yet cannot eat gluten, dairy, soy, artificial sweeteners, etc. what is the root cause of the gluten intolerance? I have been gluten free for years with not much improvement due to cross-contamination in the environment. I can even react just driving down the road and passing a (nasty) fast food place.
I wish there was some supplement or herb that I could take which would reverse the reaction. It has ruined my quality of life. I dont' really get much pleasure out of anything anymore. I feel like a robot
