I'm interested in this too. Just saw it on a skin forum the other day. My arms are terribly scarred by the parasites, and I'd love to get my nice skin back. I've been using a 50/50 castor oil/vco combo but it isn't doing much.

Do the needles hurt? I'm allergic to pain. :(
