how did you improve your constipation by the way?

By constipation, i do not mean a slow elimination of feces, i mean an accumulation of waste in the body and consequently an increase of the pressure in the body.
This pressure is, from my understanding and experience, mostly caused by a colon full of waste, with a slow ability to eliminate, it is partly caused by the composition of the foods/drinks which one ingest, but also by the helminths who have the ability to slow down the elimination processes of the body, and by the irritations, cuts, wastes, they produce.
I like to be clean, to smell good, to feel light, so once a week i take 1 hour to do several high enemas or a "shower enema" so that i empty and clean my colon.
From the infos i have found, it seems the foods/drinks a human ingests can stay up to 1 hour in the stomach, then up to 3 hours in the small intestine, then up to 5 days in the colon, i have confirmed this by the experiments i have done, and i have an almost flat belly. It also seems that the main function of the colon is to extract water from the remaining digested foods, so if this is true, i think that it is a waste of energy, and of cells to do that. In our modern world it is easy to keep an empty, clean, colon so i see no reason to not do that. 1 hour a week (including several high enemas and a shower to clean the skin) is nothing. Why would one want to keep the wastes inside him and walk around with it ?
If you are interested about the benefits to keep your colon clean, i suggest that you read some books by Norman Walker. "Become younger" is a great inspiration for me.
