My long fasts have always been when I could "get away from it all". Now I am trying to fast while doing normal day-to-day stuff. So, I will start small. Right now, I will just do 24-hour fast and see how it goes. Wimpy, I know, compared to the other posts I see. But even a 24-hour fast has many benefits. And my next fast will be longer!
