Thanks elemate for sharing, being descriptive about your past treatments, and sticking around to answer questions. Of course pictures to prove would be golden, I know I'm not alone in this endless desire, but your treatment is simple and cheap so anyone curious and skeptical shouldn't be too broken up about the lack of pictures.

You have also quite quickly proved yet again on this forum that the same treatment will not work for everyone (because we have different etiologies). Thanks for sharing your experience with vaseline and steroids. Perhaps you could comment on whether you were peeling your lips while on the steroids.

And I myself used the exact same brand of aloe vera gel capsules for over 5 months and though the moisture was good (albeit shiny), it did not heal my condition.
