The fordyce spots formed an unequal line around the wounded area which was my inner lip. My fordyce spots started making some movement for the first time in years towards my inner lip and eventually disappeared. I only decreased my applications once the wound was gone. I applied less gradually so my lips could ween off being constantly moisturised. I used approx. one capsule a day and kept it in a small container like a contact lens case for reuse throughout the day. The small hole I pierced in it didn't leak that much and kept most of the liquid inside so i can reapply when my lips felt a little dry which was around three hours or so. Tweet
