question regarding recovery from tapeworm

I am new to this site and really could use some help. I have recently discovered I had a Tapeworm after passing a segment in my stool. My doctor has been on Albenza(2 pills on wednesday and 2 more pills in 2 weeks).

I am experiencing some abdominal and intestinal issues. Is this a side effect of the Tapeworm dying? I am having a hard time finding information on what you experience as you are healing, and how to know you have made progress.

I also want to know if anybody can suggest a good cleanse and supplement list to aid the albenza. I want to have the best chance of recovery as possible.

Any advice would be amazing.
