As you know from my previous posts during your fast, I feel that you had fasted longer than optimal for your body. I know that you and many people on this forum believe that there is no such thing as fasting too long, but I really do believe it depends on the person and some people can actually become less healthy by fasting longer than their body is ready for. Yes, you did make a mistake in your re-feeding but I believe the main factor in the symptoms you are experiencing is that your body is under an enormous amount of stress and your digestion and organs of elimination have become impaired from fasting too long. In my opinion, fasting for the correct amount of time will always lead to improved digestion and improved capacity for elimination and filtration by the kidneys and liver.
At any rate, I would recommend that you eat a raw vegan diet for at least a couple of weeks. You probably want to be very cautious of your sodium and potassium intake (in other words, don't eat anything with large amounts of these, yes you need them but let your body replenish them slowly). It could take a few months before your digestion is somewhat recovered. Please do not do any more fasting right now, that is the last thing your body needs.
