Re: Help me beat Candida?
Hey, I would return all that stuff you bought and go with the McComb's plan. Vitamins and herbs should be taken with a very specific purpose (to get rid of candida I know, but they also need to work with your individual body and that gets more complicated). I have never done the McComb's plan, some people have had good results others are not cured completely from it, I think it depends on how severe your candida overgrowth is. Overall, the supplements you will get with the McComb's plan are probably much more beneficial than what you have now. I agree with Kcirla that anti-fungals are probably not the best way to get rid of candida, although they can be helpful for some people. I think oil of oregano and garlic are probably better choices than other anti-fungals, but I don't think they are necessary. It all depends on the current balance of your body and the strength of your immune system. For me, I could take all the anti-fungals in the world, tons of pro-biotics and perfect candida diet and although it may have made temporary improvements, it wasn't until I got my body back into balance, corrected the functioning of the nervous system, endocrine system and the immune system, that I started to feel some real improvements to my health.
