Help me beat Candida?

So I have folliculitis all over my back and scalp, im fairly sure its from 10+ years of unhealthy eating habits, accutane, other Acne medicines and popping amoxicillin every time i got a sore throat(dont ask why lol).

I’ve done the Candida diet twice so far for 3 months straight each time, taking vitamin c, vitamin d, garlic, and 2x 50b Custom probotic pills a day with a diet consisting of only,
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Buckwheat pasta
Water
Chicken
Lean hamburger
Salmon
Broccoli
Zucchini
Green beans
Onions
Brussels sprouts
Eggs
Oat bran cereal
for 3 months.

Each time it clears my folliculitis up completely, then 1-2 weeks off the diet it comes back with a vengeance, worse then before.

so this time I just spent around $700 on more supplements and stuff so I can hopefully cure this once and for all, was just wondering if anyone who does a similar program could offer advice on when to take every. Like I have multiple anti fungal pills and heard its good switch stuff up so the yeast doesn’t get immune, and not sure if taking everything I purchased daily will damage my liver? Can I take all the pills together or do certain ones need to be taking by themselves?

So im going to list everything I have in hopes that someone can help me with a schedule, also offer advice on how long to continue the program before switching back to regular food?

I didn’t do the cleansing last time and I suffer from IBS so im hoping that’s part of the reason I never healed so I can pray I heal this time. Purchased 2x 5day bowel detox programs by Dr. Schulz’s to do, detox tea's, stuff to make p&b shakes, and a blender so i can make green veggie shakes.
