I really appriciate the details, thank you. So now I am confused which foot is considered left and which is the right? Funny thing is my feet have been getting weird on me within the past two months. If I sit with my feet in a certain way for a while and then get up I can hardly walk on them for a few seconds because they feel tender, almost in pain but mostly weak. And if I get up in the middle of the night to go the bathroom again my feet are very weak and mild pain for the first few steps. Also I cant wear any shoes with a heal anymore because my feet get tired very fast. I hardly ever wear heals, maybe about five times a year, but the last time I tried "whoa!". So no more heals, and I have even had to switch from wearing regular flats to just my athletic shoes. Not too pretty for church. These are just examples of what's been going on within the past two months with my feet. It started shortly after I started taking a lot of brewers yeast-not even sure there is a possible connection- but when I stopped the brewers yeast they did get better, my legs were starting to get odd cramping but that went away when I quit the yeast. Could be that the yeast was too high in phosporus? I dont know. Just putting some info out there in case someone might see something that might help me.
