Deactivation

High magnetism can deactivate them such as can be found in a magnetic pulsar.

Ear candling has been known to pull them from ears.

The intention to deactivate works when consiousness is very clear and unmuddied which is a rare expression in our "nut house" of a world. This depends on a coherent and unfiltered consciounsess. This is akin to how a very clear individual could walk on water, or manifest things out of thin air. Average joe is currently not in alignmnet with this "reality" nor are they truely seeking it as they attach to things and ideas that take their power away.
