IDK if all dr. wilsons advice about everything is kosher.
He's putting out some crazy crap -

But my old practitioner strongly recommended Crystal geyser and said it was the purest they found and I get it for a dollar a gallon at the dollar store and buy a months' worth at a time.

But IDK - it's in plastic bottles.

I think the estrogens may only be an issue if the bottle is heated? But IDK for sure.
