Re: Candida metabolites
I've seen even the most "impossible" cases in many instances have amazing recoveries - but only once the causes were adequately addressed. The adrenal function is in my mind one of the biggest overlooked of all factors when it comes to candida recovery. I've verified this in several thousand cases, as I have specialized in adrenal fatigue and candida since 2006.
Yes, all good points, but where many folks miss the boat and try to "fight" candida and try to eliminate toxic metabolites they are better off to assess and assist their adrenal (cortisol) output. Better have a super powerful (immune) army behind you, it will help win the fight much more swiftly. Better deal with the underlying causative issues sooner rather than later that compromise adrenal function, generally a dysfunctional lifestyle (VERY common these days) and poor dietary habits. This makes al LOT more sense that making bigger guns, faster bullets, etc. (antifungals).
Most ALL patients I see with CRC and chronic relasing/remitting candidiasis have either - a heightened stress response (elevated cortisol levels) and are stuck in the "flight" response of stress (anxiety, insomnia), or more commonly have progressed to the exhaustion stage of stress (fatigue, depression, blood
Sugar issues, sweet cravings, sleeping issues, taking several drugs, etc) and they are the ones with the lowered cortisol levels. Poor cortisol = poor humoral and cell-mediated immune response = low CD4+t cell counts, etc. Interesting page here:

Look at all AIDS patients, low cortisol levels and fungal infections. Same goes for Hep C patients, as soon as their adrenals reduce in their functional capacity to restore the organism to homeostasis they become sitting ducks for a yeast (and bacterial) infection.
The point I'm making here folks is that healthy adrenal function is paramount if you want to conquer the beast called yeast, in fact - if you want a great immune response period.
