Have you tried looking in to holistic medicine? I dont claim to know anything about anything but- the symptoms youve described and maybe AF too, sounds very much like a vata condition as defined by Ayurveda. There are some articles on how pranayama can help AF. Meditation and yoga are miraculous in their healing abilities. They restore us to balance and can help us heal ourselves. Im not saying that they will cure any disease, but I claim that they will absolutely make the body and mind more fit to deal with whatever life brings. There are only beautiful success stories to hear about from people who become truly serious about practicing a true practice of yoga and meditation.
