Drink 8 ounces of self made Colloidal Silver per day. A Silver Puppy is one of the best.
Cook the vegetables as they are more often than not goitrogens that suppress the thyroid.
Eat a carrot per day raw as it will kill off endotoxin producing organisms in the lower intestine.
