What greens specifically should I juice? Can I drink coffee or herbal tea? I do like the Bentonite clay but I absolutely cannot take it with psyllium because it aggravates my IBS-C symptoms terribly. Is there any other fiber I can use as a substitute? The bloating and constipation is so bad with psyllium.
Thanks for your support and insight. My stools are a mess and I long for the day to eliminate regularly without pain, cramping and that feeling like I'm not done.
