Bad Breath is from CANDIDA which caused IBS-C

First post after years of lurking.

I just started taking a strong form of Acidophilus from ODonell Lab (Ultimate Acidophilus available on Amazon) that I got from a Holistic Health & Nutrition Advisor. She told me my symptoms sounded like I had been infected with Candida throughout my body. So I researched and came across people who had extremely bad breath from a Candida overgrowth in their esophagus. An endoscopy showed white patches all over their esophagus!

I went to an GI and he offered to schedule an endoscopy to verify (he openly doubted it was Candida) and urged me to continue the probiotic because he was shocked it was alleviating some of my IBS symptoms so quickly. I'll do an endoscopy in two months of being on the probiotics. I am taking 4 pills a day instead of the two because I have such terrible IBS symptoms- constipation, bloating, indigestion, gas, stomach pains, occasional cramping and the horrible bad breath. The symptoms aren't totally gone but it's so much better than before! I no longer have an awful taste in my mouth. The white coating isn't on my tongue. My morning breath is tolerable now.

Side note- I've tried several different natural methods without a long-lasting result. Oil pulling with different oils, cayenne pepper or cinnamon in warm water, hot water with lemon, chorella, Zinc, high dosages of Vitamin C, peppermint capsules, etc. These methods weren't working for me because they don't kill Candida on their own. I do put oil of oregano occasionally in my water, which I plan to continue. I also plan on getting grapefruit seed extract to put in my water.

The nutritionist also sold me a Kill Candida tea that is amazing, which also helps with my symptoms. It's similar to the one Humaworm sells. I'm seriously considering doing the Humaworm cleanses, as well. I'm just glad I finally figured out WHY I have this problem. Now I need to slowly get rid of this candida in my body.

I did take A LOT of Antibiotics as a kid because of ENT issues, namely chronic ear infections, tonsillitis, congestion. Amoxicillin was my friend back then. So it doesn't surprise me once I uncovered all the info about Candida yeast overgrowth.

Does anyone else have any suggestions on how to rid the Candida without strict diet? I'm not a fan of dieting but I'm limiting chocolate, white flour and Sugar to a bare minimum. I'm a certified carboholic so that's a BIG deal for me! I don't drink juices but I've now decided to cut out the sweet iced tea and coffee.

I LOVE Curezone!
