Re: jeeperscreepers
Its curious that so many of us have this escalation during the perimenopause and meno years. I read somewhere that the body is awash with cortisol during these years for women.. and this links in with the reading I've done that coritisol and paras love each other.. as well as the estrogen we were talking about in other posts.
I forgot to mention I added phosphatidyl serine (a cortisol reducer) taking this daily along with the DHEA. Seems to help keep my cortisol in check by the way I"m feeling.
I'm so sorry to hear about your scalp and hair thinning. I've read in a few places that the estrogen dominance along with paras will thin the hair.. and its got to be one of the most distressing symptoms. My hair isn't the thickest either and never was... probably a sign of long term infection...
Regarding the meds... albenda worked for me, and had I hardly any movement in my entire body for a few years, but it came back.. and now they feel even larger than before, or is it my imagination, not sure........ Prazi worked, lots of flukes in the toilet.. but who is to say they won't be back, or still there. I will never forget a mountain of eggs I passed after a
colonic irrigation session ... - it was a sobering reminder that these creatures lay millions of eggs in you and its so easy to be reinfected, not only by the environment, but from what lurks inside...
however, I must admit, I am nowhere near returning to square one.. there has definitely been an improvement over time. I hope its the same for you?
