Diet matters, but then; if the sulfur cycle is broken due to fertilizers, we come short.

So, organic, biodynamic food if available. Not always possible over here, so I have supplemented with msm, liquid mineral drops, black salt (veery sulfury)

Then being persistant, keep doing it for months. It takes time to heal a broken chain. I noticed a difference after 2-3 months of msm. Before that I had a craving for aspargus and eggs, for almost a year; daily. Both sulfury food; this was what made me research it, as I know there is a reason for our cravings.

I believe it has increased the uptake of minerals; or at least the utilization of it. I am less chemical sensitive, even my all time insomnia has improved last months. I simply fall asleep in a shorter time and are less sound sensitive when trying to sleep(typical magnesium deficiency)

Periodically I make bone broths; "Science validates what our grandmothers knew. Rich homemade chicken broths help cure colds. Stock contains minerals in a form the body can absorb easily—not just calcium but also magnesium, phosphorus, silicon, sulphur and trace minerals. It contains the broken down material from cartilage and tendons--stuff like chondroitin sulphates and glucosamine, now sold as expensive supplements for Arthritis and joint pain."
