regarding ADHD, i would like to add that gluten sensitivity (many people have unrecognized gluten sensitivity because it manifests in other ways) causes hypo perfusion to the brain resulting in ADHD symptoms. So, addressing the diet first and foremost is important: no wheat/gluten, no sugar, and it is probably wise to go with a paleo type diet eating natural foods like meat, veggies, occasionally fruit, nuts, seeds, etc.
I am looking to various supplements but i am of the believe that ANYTHING that has some type of stimulating effect on your brain, will cause issues down the road. So, I prefer addressing things with diet and lifestyle changes. Also, detoxing is great.
