Re: aconitum
Not too many things are panning out for me. I made a lot of progress in the past few years but now not so much.
I posted before that I can't do your diet plan since I can't handle protein based diets.
Saunas have worked well for me to get rid of heavy metals. Drinking more fluids helps me and a low protein diet/ high fat or slimy foods like yogurt to help lubricate dry intestines.
The bloating and gall bladder stasis are the worst symptoms now. I tried HCL on your suggestion but it caused burning on the way out even at a low dosage. Though I do have symptoms of low HCL acid with the belching, I think the root of it is something else since I do digest protein well so long as I don't have too much of it.
I'm having these reverse gall bladder attacks where if I don't eat a lot food every day, especially fats, mucoid plaque from the small intestine gets stuck which triggers a gall bladder response which is sometimes causing me jaundice or crying jags. I guess most people get problems from not eating fats, mine is the opposite.
The gas problem is not garden variety - it is getting to be painful, which is why I'm suspecting protozoa right now. Today the gas is in my entire abdomen, high, low and even in my upper back area.
I just tried the James Wilson adrenal glandular. Looks like it was a spectacular fail. I could almost tell from one whiff of it, it smelled like poison. Caused a fever blister on my tongue and gave me heartburn as if I had concocted a concentrated pill of all the herbs that cause me intestinal distress. I'm not squeamish about eating gross things to make me feel better, I drank urine for a while, but this glandluar was something else.
I ordered the aconite, so maybe I'll get lucky with it - seems I'm due for something good to happen.
I did something similar to your diet many many years ago and it worked well at the time to help me out of the acute phase of CFS - over time though I've needed more and more carbs to keep my energy up. Plus now anything more than small amounts of protein make me fat. Fats work well for me but don't give me any energy, so the energy source has to be carbs.
