Re: Does Systemic Candida always mean Hospitalization ?

Systemic candida is a term unproperly used by many. Systemic candida means basically the fungus is invading your blood and organs, which is known as sepsis, and your chances of making it out of it are extremly low if no action is taken.

Candida overgrowth, that many suffer from on this forum, is a low-grade infection of candida, that has mutated in a different form in your gut and constantly release toxins that can affect every possible organ in the body. It seems to be able to invade those organs, but not causing an immediate life threatening condition.

People that develop systemic candidiasis definitly had a candida overgrowth to begin with. Doctors are totally clueless about candida overgrowth and believe that only immunocompromised people can develop systemic candidiasis. What they don't know is that very often it is a candida overgrowth that allowed the immune system to become compromised in the first place.

If you have a candida overgrowth, chances to develop systemic candidiasis are rare, but you could very well develop candida-related serious diseases later on such as cancer, liver disease or diabetes.

Conclusion: get rid of candida through diet and herbs, restore your gut flora, and you will very unlikely need to visit an hospital unless you break your leg in a car crash.
