Tasteless produce

I just bought some organic locally grown tomatoes on the vine. Gave them a smell, didnt sense much but they looked nice so I bought some. Well they are absolutely tasteless. Need to sprinkle a bunch of salt on them. Can't wait for my garden to start producing! I've wasted a good chunk on poor produce this year. If you want things done right, you need to do it yourself.
