hmm i dont know how i could be constipated...i am on a never ending colon cleanse..lol...everyday hehe i dunno? yea i need to get into that sitz bath when i get a thermometer to check temp and figure it all out :)) not ready for it but will be soon..:)) maybe i should do it since i have a hemorrhoid though:( i heard pineapple is great for hemorrhoids..had a whole one today on my oj fast and yesterday and tommorrow
