Can anyone share some success stories and tips for a newb?

I believe I'm dealing with a case of ascaris. I've seen some come out already even before I started clark's protocol. I'm now on day 6 and by the end of this week hope to be starting on albendazole. I'm planning on doing 6 days of albendazole, then herbs in between and 10 days later another 6 days of albendazole. Herbs in between again, then monthly courses of mebendazole for the next few months. How does this sound? Any suggestions?

I would really like to hear of some success stories as I'm getting a little discouraged looking through the messages and seeing people that haven't seemed to have gotten very far in months to years of cleansing the critters. I'm a little scared about hair loss too. My hair is already thin, not noticeably to most, but I can tell I'm losing more than normal and I'm afraid the albendazole will make it worse.

Any positive experiences and tips would be appreciated. Thanks!
