i found out about comprehensive stool just one year ago.
did not know such tool exist. east europe based remember ? :) no such tool here or interest in it.

did something similar in germany last year plus 2 stool sample in UK with private GPs or alternative practitioners(everything paid) and many many in my country which were useless. germany told low sigA and nonexisting friendly bacteria and UK alternative told disbiosis and leaky gut. later i found out about giardia, candida by stool sample. did not find yet wrong bacteria except one in the mouth.

after talking with people here & reading dr.James wilson book and observing myself in the last year it was clear. nonetheless the history of my last years had clear clues for AF but who knew? low energy in the morning, low blood pressure, cravings for carbs and sugar, cant stand minor stress, gallbladder problems, you name ...like the list was done after me...

did not do a cortisol saliva test but i'm pretty sure morning cortisol is low by simptoms and better in the evening. many here having AF told saliva test as well as hair test are good tools but not 100% accurate. and many times symptoms can help if tests dont.
