In my experience, many patients who actually ARE helped don't feel the need to hop onto a forum and complain about lack of results, they get on with their lives. It is a disappointing part about being a doc, when a patient doesn't return for a follow-up visit, did it mean unmet expectations, did the protocol or product failed to work? NO, in some cases I discovered it was because they improved and did not feel the need to contact me. I have seen patients improve on Three Lac, and some spectacularly so. But I can say with honesty that the majority haven't.
