Test for liver flukes ?

Anyone know if there's any test for liver flukes?

I suspect I might have them but I'm not sure. I've never seen anything as severe as in some pictures on this site of them but I do have weird digestive symptoms sometimes like malnutrition, weird stool sometimes - black dots in them (sometimes), sometimes a little orangey not sure how often tho, etc. it could also be bartonella tho someone suggested a while ago since i have lyme disease too.

With anti parasite drugs supplements tho i seem to have a reaction from them where i feel little things moving around my body which makes me also suspect microscopic parasites which is why I was wondering too.
