Re: Interpret my CDSA Results?
What do you think of my symptoms though? They are instant, and generally depending on how it scores on the glycemic index is how bad it affects me.
Within seconds of ingesting something, if its something i react to that day, i get incredible head pressure, just the worst brain fog imagineable, exercise is basically impossible that day and for the next few days. Over the course of the days depending how much was consumed or how bad it decided to affect me determines how quickly i recover back to some kind of normal state. So although my digestion is showing up poor, it still doesnt explain why my reactions are INSTANT. Its almost as if its a straight allergic reaction, although without the hives / rashes / throat closing you would see with a normal allergy reaction to food.
My CDSA was done by Genova diagnostics, and the candida test was done under a separate section called "Mycology" and it was just listed as "NG" or Non growing. Not sure how in depth they go or what that means, but the doctor i spoke to breifly going over my results claims i dont have candida.
Removing the obvious signs of digestive stress from my results, i have zero intestinal pain / gas / bloating / discomfort / constipation. My biggest source of confusing is the nature of my reactions, being as severe and as quick as they are.
Please help.
PS: it seems to me that the more sleep i get determines the severity of my reactions. Like on the weekends i generally feel amazing all weekend, and i almost think this is due to the amount of sleep i am able to get. (I work monday - friday) During the week i struggle, because i get much less sleep due to work obligations. Could there be an adrenal component to this? I have a somewhat nasty relationship with stimulants such as diet pills / clenbuterol / energy drinks as i was into bodybuilding and used these substances to diet down for shows. I had zero issues prior to about 2 years ago, i was able to eat anything i wanted.
Thank you again,
Eric
