Re: Interpret my CDSA Results?
Hi Eric,
You are certainly not s*** out of luck, you have plenty of scope to turn this thing right around. From what I gather just quickly skimming through your results is that you are absolutely correct in your assumptions about working with digestive enzymes. In these situations, I generally get the patient to take a comprehensive enzyme/probiotic formula until they reach "stomach tolerance" and then back off somewhat.
What you will find is that as the upper GI improves, the lower should follow suit. You need to eat pre-biotic foods as well, and there are plenty of options here as well.
Who did the CDSA, was it Doctor's Data? When you say you are clear of candida, was that in terms of cultured candida, or by way of microscopic exam?
Working on upper GI is important to you, and I'd say that stress of some kind could have caused a lot of issues here, it is so common to see this. Sympathetic dominance wrecks the gut, I've written plenty about this in the past, it is one of the most commonly overlooked problem areas in digestive recovery.
