Re: Leaky rectum and diharea while running

Generally food poisoning the common sorts only last a short while and most times people can muddle through it without intervention. But there are some bacteria that show up on food that are not there because of bad food but because of infestation of a variety of bacteria that attack the gastrointestinal track.

I felt fine in every other way and began with very good flora. My diet is all naturally grown foods with no meats that will ferment in the digestive track causing a risk to good health. Due to my head injury no sugars, rice, wheat and pasta's etc are ingested. My gut is well balanced.

A very well known N.D. has treated this before and usually caused by vegetables or fruits at restaurants, due to where they get them. The bacteria invades quickly destroying the good flora; setting up house and any food that comes its way will be met by the bad bacteria quickly fermenting it where the stomach rejects it and/or it is liquified to a point of watery diarrhea. The mucus is seen as the evidence the bacteria is present.

Heavily add probiotics into the system, the good will over power the bad, then keep on it until the body is balanced again.
