Some of the best and most dramatic cures I've seen in my naturopathic career were in patients who had a series of colonics when all else failed. Folks sometimes make statements about enemas and colonics out of ignorance, and not having experienced themselves the power of this amazing therapy are quick to dismiss it as "shitty business".
Pokermaniac, I don't believe it is the right thing to try and push people into another culture's dietary ways whatsoever. We don't live like the hunza or Okinawan peoples do. We do not share their genetic makeup, religious belief systems or even climate for that matter. If it works for you, then great. But if I told ALL my candida patients they MUST eat like this, my patients would all turn "shitty" in no time, especially if I told them they MUST eat honey and lots of carbs! If you feel that strongly about this particular diet, then write your book. I'll be happy to read it.
