Re: NB - duration of detox and extreme fatigue symptoms ?

I've had Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome since late 2009... and like you said, I still can't fall asleep before 2:30 or wake up before 10:30.

I've been doing NB for over one year (like one year and two months). I have definitely made improvements but I have some symptoms that just wont go away (i.e. the fatigue and hypoglycemia). I think NB helps with a major side effect of Chronic-Fatigue-Syndrome - malabsorption. My hair isn't falling out anymore, my finger nails look normal, my muscle pain has been greatly reduced, and even my stomach pain has lessened.

But there is definitely something missing - Before I went on NB, my fatigue wasn't this severe. I'm beginning to think that NB is only a piece of the puzzle.

Also - I realized that my copper toxicity was so severe that I cannot tolerate even a little limcomin or SBF. Do you take those? There are others on here that have had similar issues with the copper supplements and had to discontinue them because they make our symptoms worse.

Personally - I do think NB is a good program but I don't know that it is the complete cure. I am looking into the Methylation cycle... taking Vitamin B in its active form, increasing glutathione, and taking more vitamin C. I am also looking into megadosing zinc because I do know that copper is a problem.

Try playing around with your supplements to see if you notice any changes.
