Hey forum, haven't written here in a while.
This month marks my official first entire year of NB. Enemas started in August (2012) though.
I know it is constantly repeated that NB takes a long time, but I must say, I've had AF for a total of 7 years now, and the only pattern has been a constant slide. Every day I've felt worse than the previous, with certain periods more obvious than others.
Like this past month, I feel NOTICEABLY more tired than the previous day, it's crazy I don't know when this will end. I feel like I'm already at a threshold, ready to pass out, and I 'know' tomorrow's even worse.
I quit everything (smoking, wrong foods etc...), have picked up yoga on occasion; can only do enemas every 2-3 days (because so fatigued) - the only thing I can see now is masturbation. This is especially hard to stop, as my body feels so 'wrong' it needs smt good, like a treat. But I'll try to quit that for a while and see...I'm a guy btw (maybe someone can relate ?).
And sleeping. A big problem, can't seem to fall asleep before 2:30am and wake up before 10:30am, and I think the fatigue comes from this too in a big way...
QUESTION
For those of you who've done/are doing NB, I'd love to read the most feedback possible on this: how long has it taken for you to start feeling better, as opposed to WORSE, with NB ? A year or even more anyone ?
Ever felt like you're just never ever going to heal ??
I'm still hopeful of course, but I've fought for 7 years now, intensely...no sign ever of feeling better.
On paper, I'm doing great each month, releasing copper etc...; but I feel like I'm dead.
THANKS !
