Re: heart palpitations after liver cleanse

Funny I should stumble upon this forum. I started prepping for the Liver/Gallbladder flush per the instructions in "The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse" book by Andreas Moritz . The heart palpitations started after ingesting the 32 ounces of apple juice every day. By the 5th day my heart beat was noticable rattled and it took my heart a while to calm down at bedtime. Needless to say, by the 6th day (whereby the instruction is to drink ALL of the 32 ounces of juice in the morning) I was apprehensive; however, I took 2 hours in the morning to chug it down anyway. On the day following the flush my chest was VERY tight in addition to the heart palpitations. Every day thereafter the heart palpitations continue. I now have to check into bed 2 hour early just to give my heart time to calm down enough to sleep. Now I spending waaay too much time out of my day trying to figure out what is wrong and how to fix it (I don't have health insurance and don't take conventional medicines). I've been drinking lots of water, ginger tea, drank electrolyte water, and detox tea to either cleanse out "floating toxins", too much Sugar from the apple juice, or too much potassium from the apple juice. Now 18 days strong with heart palpitations--wooohoo!! Now in addition to a dirty liver I now have an ailing heart on my hands. Tweet
