How much Pinecone Extract were you taking and for how long?
I presume you started slowly and gradually increased the amount.

Is your diet the usual recommended for anti-candida? Anything special besides oils? I mean no sugar, grains, diary, etc...were you using kefir or things like that? Everything organic?
