I still have most of the symptoms formally known as AF that we now know are just symptoms of malnutrition. My poor digestion is the last piece of my puzzle because I can't eat enough food to get the amount of calories I need to fuel and nourish myself out of malnutrition. On my Paleo diet of eating mostly meat and vegetables, I was getting enough calories, but I was way under-carbed, I was toxic from all the animal protein and fats (my toxic hunger symptoms), and I doubt I was getting all my nutritional needs with the lack of variety on that diet and possibly nutrients being stripped from by body having to deal with trying to deal with my high-acidic meat-based diet.
