I can't believe someone would ask such a question..

As much as your body needs of course..
All IMAM does is make sure there is a sufficient amount of water to distribute the Salt dosage throughout the day.

You have to figure out how much salt you need by yourself. Not all will need a full two liters every day. The recommended dose is at the Lymephotos link. And a 2L batch of IMAM has ~20 grams of salt..
