15 drops is for the 2L recipe!

But a few people have run into so much toxin clearing that there is not enough Salt in the mix to deal with it all.
So perhaps ramping up would be a better idea. In your case and 1L batches why not start with 1 drop per bottle and go up to 7 as you feel comfortable..
