Thanks, I'm actually vegan so no dairy for me. I've been making raw sauerkraut with ginger, so I'm sure that has similar probiotic/enzyme benefits.
I'd love to do gluten-free, but still can't cut that out, as I my bf is terribly concerned with me gaining weight and isn't on the band-wagon for cutting out bread in place of other grains. We do eat lots of quinoa.
