I think you have to cut some of the carbs if you eat to many, not all.
It seems I had a bad systemic case and here's what worked.
The following will help you if you're eating some carbs:
Enzymes but not just any, trust me I tried a few and none worked except the ones from enzymedica. They have one strictly for candida it's called candidase, but be sure to also get the virastop and the pro-bio to take with it. I actually only found the virastop at my local healthfood store, and had to wait for the others to arrive by mail. The first night I took virastop by itself and the benefits were felt by the next morning. If you look at the comments left by users on their site or amazon you will be convinced to give them a try. This product by itself was a game changer in my struggle.
Also another thing that was helping was baking soda with molasses, but keep track of your ph levels with ph strips. I was taking anywhere from 1 teaspoon of each 3 times a day mixed with warm water, to half a teaspoon of each 3 times a day. It all depends on what you're ph levels are. Start slow and work you're way up. I later switched out the molasses to manuka honey for it's healing effects, but mind the fact that molasses has magnesium which you might be lacking right now. here's a book on this

The following will cause fast die off effects, so you might want to take it easy on dosage amount the first times:
Wormwood
Oregano oil (I used the p73 brand)
there are other herbal mixtures you can find at health food stores.
If you have any anxiety attacks or headaches use fish oil (first couple of weeks I would carry it as if it was medication), use the good kind they sell in bottle form, and some b-12 will also help.
Light exercise and and going to a sauna will make you feel better when experiencing die off effects.
Good luck, hope you get well soon.
