Don't worry, yeasts and parasites live in cycles, you will find that some days there may be white particles more so than other days. This is why when you have a stool analysis you need to do three stool samples on three concurrent days, because you may miss a parasite on day 1, and then discover an egg or immature parasite on day 3. Makes sense? The best time to treat parasites or intestinal bugs in my experience is the week leading up to full moon, many will think I'm stupid in saying that but I couldn't care less, I have found that it works from a clinician's perspective. Eat more fresh/raw garlic leading up to full moon, work more on rebuilding & probiotics after the moon is going down, on the waning moon. Eat raw grated beetroot and carrot with some grated raw garlic, then add a few drops of grapefruit seed extract (GSE). A "killer" cocktail, in my book Candida Crusher I call Grapefruit-Seed-Extract a .45 caliber yeast killer.
