Explain my fasting experiences.

Hi guys.

Did a 30 day Water Fast (7 of which dry) around January to try and solve my instant bloating upon consuming anything issue (among other issues).

After the first 7 days dry fasting my bloating had gone down completely however on the 8th day when I drank half a cup of water my bloating instantly came back and from then until the end of the fast every time I drank water my stomach would bloat out significantly, specifically on the right side.
Throughout the fast I was weak, my tongue heavily coated, etc.

Was advised to go to hospital, even though I was sure I didn't need to, because I might have dehydration. Didn't have dehydration but my blood Sugar was 3.0 when I think it was suppose to be 4.5. Anyway spent 3 days on I.V with doctors thinking I'm stupid/anorexic... fun times.

When I started eating again, GAPS style diet, my (massive) bloating returned once again and so did my other problems. I noticed my excema cleared up and my hair stopped being dry on the fast but both stopped as soon as I started eating again.

Anyway because my tongue didn't clear and true hunger didn't return on the 30 days it appears I still have some house cleaning to do. So I am 2 days into another fast (of 10 days).

My questions would be why did I still bloat from drinking just water?
Why was the bloating the same bad before the fast as after (may have been slightly worse)?
Any ideas on how long it will take my to get a clear tongue (I thought only severe cases lasted >30 days) ?
