This k2 mk4 from pureformulas is gluten free and free shipping. One way I take them is to open the capsule and pour about 2 MILLIgrams on my hand and lick it off. I put the cap back on until the next dose. I try to take it three times a day with a teaspoon of coconut oil. I always throw the empty cap away.

My wife still takes 5 MILLIgram capsule of Carlsons brand three times a day with a tablespoon of olive oil each time.

Remember to store the capsules in a dark place when not in the bottle as “light” destroys K2's potency.
