I disagree that identifying the prakruti and vakruti is difficult to diagnose, any ayurvedic practitioner that is properly trained will be able to easily diagnose the prakruti and vakruti fairly accurately. The difficult part of pulse diagnoses is when you want to assess imbalances in various organs and blocked channels, this takes years of practice to master and not everyone can master it completely, but the only people who will struggle to identify the prakruti and vakruti is someone who is not properly trained and should not be practicing ayurveda. At any rate, the first thing you need to do is see a qualified ayurvedic practitioner so you can accurately identify exactly what is going on with you and figure out what herbs you need to start getting everything back in balance.
