Re: oil pulling

it takes on a little different status when you swallow.

so much 'to do' was made of this toxic substance and brushing teeth and worried about getting it in the sink drain and the trash can and....

swallow it. if you do as i did which was swishing until the oil was no longer viscous and was like water, then you have emulsified all that oil, that or soaked it up. its ready to eat. the real benefit to oil pulling is the ingesting of it. to throw good oil away that you could and should be eating, especially the cost of good oil these days, just swallow. you will notice the difference. and i do think you get a mini Liver Flush with it. in fact, we talked many times on that forum about how it felt like after pulling that one should take a swig of fresh oil and swallow it. we figured the oil in the mouth was signaling the liver that fat was coming, probably from its presence in the blood right away through the sublingual route.

i knew i was getting a lot of oil in my tissues from oil pulling. my eyes still, to this day are better and i have better night vision and i still see visual purple at dusk. the eye doctor says the backs of my eyes are smooth and flawless white. its been four years, i think with very few pulls since. it hasnt been necessary. but i was pulling multiple times in a row and spitting it out and doing it again. five times in a row, some days. i would get a lightness of being type feeling that i havent had since.
