Is the human body designed to have a bowel movement after every meal?
I usually have 2 meals a day consisting of either a blended salad soup with cayenne, chia seeds and an avocado and for the evening meals usually some kind of steamed vegetable with raw nuts or another avocado + olive oil. Sometimes fruit in the morning.
I usually have 1 bowel movement daily and in the morning. Should I be expelling more or is it natural for the colon to retain some percentage of feces? Because if I do an enema a lot more stuff will come out and I wonder why my body was retaining it?....
