It's different for everybody, but I can tell you that 14 days is a very positive fast.

You can't expect this or that, but you will be happy you did it.

If this is your first fast ever, you will experience more noticeable benefits than if it is your 15th fast.

most of my longer fasts my energy gets better as time goes on.
